My mom was like a professional. Lived to be almost 100. Left this tool behind, so I had to learn how to use it. I remember her rolling out her pie crust and using this to cut it some before adding to pie, but maybe that was just her thing. I thank you for teaching and sharing. You did this 10 years ago so I hope you are still well.

I'd like your video more if I could hear your voice over the music. Just food for thought for those of us who have those kinds of issues. I take it you were demonstrating this pie crust tool.

The inside looked raw and if you don't want the egg sticking to the container, wipe the surface with butter before putting the egg in, that way it slips out without any levering..

My mother in law had this when she lived in Tennessee, and my wife as a llittle girl remembers it.That was in the mid 1960's. Now we own it, and I was wondering if I was the only one left that has one. Great demo video despite my complaint on the music. Redo the video, and delete the music, but I'm gonna still give you a thumbs up!

Just in case someone watches this, when canning, lids only need to be tightened hand tight and just a smidge. Never tighten the jar all the way. The air needs to vent out during the heating process. If you tighten too much and don't leave a way for the air to get out, you are gonna have jars a poppin'!
